Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have received a defective Shades Case, we will gladly refund or exchange it for you. In order to receive a refund or exchange:
- Your case must have been purchased within the past 30 days
- Your product must be free of damage (unless caused by manufacturing defect)
- Upload an image of your defective case, so you don't have to ship it back!
- *Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable
