Shades - F.A.Q's
Shades iPod Cases are made from a semi-soft plastic called Poly-Urethane. While the cases are only .4mm thick, they are very durable and protect your iPod/iPhone very well.
No! Shades™ are made with a plastic having a smooth finish that does not attract dirt and lint like silicone cases.
Shades iPod cases will protect your iPod from scratches/dents and has some shock absorption. We have done drop tests from 4ft in the air onto concrete and the iPod remained intact without a scratch!
The iPod/iPhone is built strong enough to withstand hard impact.
No. Shades™ are designed to be only one piece so you don't have to put anything together or attach a screen protector that may come loose. The screen and click-wheel protection is made
from the same material as the case.

The sensitivity of the wheel gets much easier over time! All you have to do is use the iPod's scroll wheel WITHOUT the case on a few times a week. You will begin to notice the sensitivity increase
and in weeks will be able to use the scroll-wheel with the case on without a problem!
While the case is on, Massage the Shade over the click-wheel area and it will start to respond.
To apply, simply insert iPod between bottom opening of case. If you are having trouble removing or applying the case -
